Chances To Serve This Week
There are a number of chances to help out this week at the church. Here’s a list of ways you can support outreach and ministry:
1.). Volunteer with a work crew. Tomorrow try rough Saturday, we will be sending out crews to Clay and Pinson to tarp and sort debris. Meet at Restore at 8am. Contact Trisa Moutardier if you’d like to help out (trisamout@me.com).
2.). Collect and donate cleaning supplies. Buckets, scrub brushes, industrial brooms, detergents, etc. are all in demand. You can bring donations to Restore from 8am to 10am Monday through Friday, or to services on Sunday.
3.). Help spread mulch for our kids! The trustees are expecting a delivery of several thousand pounds of rubber mulch for our playground, and will have a workday Saturday at 8am. Come and give an hour or two to help improve the facilities for our kids!
That list is in addition to Kids First, Heartstrings, Manna, and all the other ways you can act like a follower of Christ this week!
And remember, a great slate of Wednesday night programs continues tomorrow night, and the concluding sermon in our “What Happens When We Die” series (and 8:30 bluegrass) this weekend!
